If you could “weigh” the words of the Bible we would discover that one of the “heaviest” ones would be faith.

  • From the beginning to the end of the Bible almost on every page is faith.
  • God’s faithfulness marks the beginning of the Christian life and is that which characterizes our entire journey.
  • The great rallying cry of the Reformation was faith alone, grace alone, scripture alone.

Faith on our part is our absolute trust, self-surrender and obedience to God with us: Jesus Christ.

Join us this next Lord’s Day as we celebrate in worship the faith proclaimed in Hebrews…

“Faith is the assurance of things hoped for – the conviction of things not seen.”

Come and hear not a definition of faith but see examples of people who had faith.
